I am not sure how much money you will be needing, but the Rotary Club might
be a good resource for you. I am assuming there is one in most cities and
towns. My dad is on the Rotary board in my town and he told me that they like
to help with community stuff. My dad has asked me to speak at one of their
meetings about my job at the hospital as a lactation consultant. They like to
have guest speakers every month. There are many business owners
and "heads of the community" that are members.

There is another community group called Kiwanas (spelling?). They gave my
friend money to attend the LLLI conference (plus expenses). They just asked
her to give them a talk about what she learned. They were a group of older
men, but they are very much for supporting things that have to do with
babies, children and families. They appreciated what my friend was doing as a
LLL Leader.

Anyway, that is just a suggestion. Good luck with what you are doing.

Christine Lichte, IBCLC
