A new situation has just come up with a mom.  I cannot find in my available
textbooks anything.  An 8 month old, healthy bf baby...no problems til now.
 Mom began menstruation two days ago for the first time.  On day one, the
baby vomited "all the bm up."  It was repeated through-out the day and the
next day.  Baby not ill, no change in any other variable.  They gave formula
to the baby...well tolerated. Solid foods tolerated...only bm is vomited.
 She is afraid to nurse.. As I keep looking up in references for this...any
thoughts?
