There is much excellent work on this subject done by our own Australian
Peter Hartmann- well work looking into.

I also would take very little store by looking at breast milk- we used to
have a local pharmacist who advised mums to express their milk, refrigerate
it overnight and if it separated out, it was no good for her baby, so she
should bottle feed!!! Many years ago, thank goodness!

We do use Evening Primrose Oil caps for the mums if we feel the need to
increase the fat content (reflux etc), also suggest a higher fat diet, as
fat content is dependant upon maternal intake. Substituting butter for
margarine, whole milk for skim, creamy pasta sauces etc.
