"I got a call from a mom today. Baby is 2 days old and not latching. Mom had
questions, I had questions.... and then she says...." To be quite
honest,when I see a woman nursing her baby it makes me want to throw up."

aaarrrggghhh for the day, Star! I hope you told this mom about Rule #1: feed
the baby! Doesn't it make you wonder? Now, I've heard women say things like
that - but not when they were trying to breastfeed, and especially not when
they were consulting an LC!

Maybe her partner is bound and determined that she will breastfeed this
baby, regardless of how she feels about it. Whatever - I just hope she
doesn't plan to let the poor little baby wither on the vine while she steels
herself up to do this revolting BF thing!
