I liked the  technique someone mentioned the other day of telling the
company that their flyer is being used as a bad example :-)  Publix is a
giant chain, so no use in complaining to the local pharmacist.  You will
have to get the address to corporate headquarters and find your way to the
head of pharmacy.  Should be available on line.  You can express your
concern as a consumer, pregnant, breastfeeding, RN that their information is
