A helpful resource for the topic of induced lactation is LLLI Lactation
Consultant Series   Unit # 1:  Relactation and Induced Lactation by
Kathleen Auerbach and Ann Sutherland.  It is available from LLLI's on
line catalogue for a very reasonable cost.
I am posting this to the list in case there is anyone who hasn't read
this wonderful series edited by Kathleen. It is very informative and a
good buy too considering the volume and depth of information it
contains.
