Unfortunatley she may not get a FULL supply back but it is sure worth
a try. Make sure she is using a full sized hosp grade pump like Medela
or Ameda Egnell (HOllister)for example. She could take fenugreek and
blessed thistle (in archives) as herbal galactagogues along with the
reglan. Encourage her to nurse even if she gets a partial supply.
She could co-sleep and babywear too; kangaroo care. Side effects -
diarrhea, sedation, gastric upset, nausea, extrapyramidal symptoms
(Hale, p. 402, 97 edition - my 99 is at work). Also depression can be
a side effect. Did you check "metoclopramide" in the archives?
