One other thing I also read somewhere, that I thought
made sense, regarding working moms and
breastfeeding...

If Mom and caregiver are concerned about running out
of EBM during the course of the day, and giving some
AIM feeds, it is best to give AIM earlier in the day
(slower digestion rate) and EBM later so infant will
be more eager to nurse when Mom arrives...Has anyone
else heard this, too?  Any comments or concerns?

Also, as a side note, when asked, I advise against
mixing EBM and AIM in the same bottle.  I counsel
parents to feed any available EBM first, then give AIM
only in the amount needed, and only when necessary.
The thought of pouring leftover AIM down the drain
doesn't bother me!
