Just curious, and hoping this is not too far off topic.
Are there any healthy individuals out there who routinely count, measure, weigh or otherwise quantify their own food intake?  And then, the counterpart question, are there any such people who do this for their own OUTPUT?  And are there any of you who do not engage in these practices who CAN NOT TELL when you are over- or undereating?
I want women to see physiologic BF as so normal that measuring any part of it routinely would be as natural as what I have outlined above.  I use numbers as little as possible to describe the features of healthy, functional BF.  Growth and thriving over time are the bottom line.
And to think I really prefer quantitative research to qualitative.
