PTPI have a mom who attends my BF moms' support group. She has a 6 mo old nursling, her 3rd child. She is having liposuction done & wants to know the ramifications of the fat removal and the release of toxins stored in the fat into her system. Will this affect her milk? Should she pump & dump? She's a milk goddess & has lots of milk frozen. I figure there are people on this list who can give me guidance for her. Thanks in advance,Pat Bucknell IBCLCAvon Lake OH
