Try a homeopath. I had a client with a long history of urinary tract  and
yeast infections. She found relief and healing with homeopathic treatment by
consulting with a trained homeopath.

In another vein, how is her general well being? Sounds like she is run down
to be vulnerable to so many infections.  Perhaps a general health~well being
assessment with consideration of lifestyle, exercise, nutrition, emotional
realm, home environment and satisfaction with her life, might reveal some
realm that needs focused attention.
