Can I recommend again the booklet "Breastfeeding with the Supplementary Nursing System" which describes a number of different ways of placing SNS tubing. I have been made aware that in North America it can be purchased from Platypus Media, otherwise direct from Marta in Europe. I've not heard of how mothers might manage using an SNS with baby led attachment and I wondered whether it might be worth contacting Marta to ask her about it? http://www.breastfeeding-support.de/eng/contact.htm
