Interesting poll on Medscape today regarding the American Diabetes Association decision to break ties with companies that produce high-fat and high-calorie foods.  83% agree with the decision while 10% say, "the ADA needs to get its funding from somewhere, and these companies have deep pockets".  6% had no opinion either way.  (This even though the questions are, IMO, worded backward.  While the question is about the decision to break ties, the question asks if responders agree with accepting such funding rather than whether they agree with the decision)
