Marsha says,

CBC, etc will also be eligible for a different license with the new Board
of Registration that will be created.>>

Can you explain why someone without an IBCLC will be eligible for licensing
at all? How will this help promote the profession of the IBCLC and protect
the public? I'm obviously not seeing the whole picture here, but on first
reading of your post and all the work you have done -- amazing, by the way!!
-- it seems that any sort of licensing of any other lactation "credential"
defeats the purpose of the licensing of the IBCLC....you know, all for one and
one for all sort of thing.

PS -- totally off this topic, but I'm exceeding my 3 posts if I put this in
another one: I never felt any sort of let down sensation at all with my two
girls, and only felt it on the right side w/ Timothy. OTOH, I had no milk
whatsoever on the left side.
