I've gotten the virus sent to me three times today, all from lactnetters.
Fortunately, my Norton did catch it. If your Norton did not catch it, you
need to run "Live Update". I tried to notify one of the people that they had
the virus, and the email bounced back. Apparently this is part of the worm
in that it gives a fake return address. The server sent me a message that
has a website (I've checked it out, it's valid) that explains how to get rid
of the virus:

If you have received an infected e-mail apparently from
<xxx>, please note that <xxx> does not
exist.  The mail you received was caused by a worm called Badtrans.B.  This
worm propagates itself by e-mail, and under certain conditions it will use a
falsified return address randomly chosen from a list built in to the worm.
