I am taking care of a mom who had CMV during 2nd trimester.  She gave
birth to a healthy 3.5 kl. boy.  Her OB has advised her not to nurse
since CMV is transmitted via the milk.  My reading says that it is o.k.
for a full-term infant to b.f. since he was already exposed in utero.
And the benefits outweigh the risks.  Could someone please confirm this?
