Try going to http://216.167.14.128/advocacy/advocacy_mfgs.html which is part
of the http://breastfeeding.com/ website.  It is a list of all infant
formula manufacturers and their brands.  If the link doesn't work, go to
their home page and click on the "advocacy" link.  Then scroll down to the
"More Formula Information" section where you will find the link to ""Baby
Food Manufacturers."
