Betty,
It sounds like a couple things could be going on with this baby with blood in
the stool.  Maybe it has a fissure at the rectum, that is pretty common,
especially since it is nursing both breasts for 10 minutes.  Encourage her to
empty one breast well 1st before moving to the other, get more hindmilk in
the baby, slowing down the bms and the consistancy of them and getting more
fat in the baby will help him/her space feeds better also, slowing down the
GI and the "blowy, gassy stools".  Good Luck.
