Thank you Jack, once again, for telling it like it is.

Maybe I'm just lucky but with my children (ages 5 and 3), none of their
health care providers ever even mentioned follow-up formula after a year or
supplementing them with vitamins.  Perhaps it's because they knew me as one
of those granola earth mother types who was (and still is) into organic
gardening and growing her own (livestock and produce that is).  BTW, I have
cherry tomatoes coming out my ears.  Now if only baby # 3 would come out of
my... well, you know...

And VERY off topic...How 'bout that Mark McGwire!  I'm actually interested
in baseball again!  Good diversional activity for those of us who continue
to suffer with false labor (ok, only 9 or so days to go)
