You're right that it's a very busy site.  I don't work in a NICU, so haven't really explored these in depth, but if one clicks around and searches on the site, lots of stuff comes up.  Here's the page, with the toolkits listed down a column on the left side of the page:

It seems to me that Stanford Medical Center NICU also has some good information on these littlest ones.
