Hello Everyone,
A client of mine called yesterday to tell me that she had to stop taking fenugreek per doctor's orders. Apparently her blood pressure, which was already low, got dangerously low. She felt awful and went to have it checked. Her doctor said that it was the fenugreek that lowered it and advised her to stop. She says that she feels much better since she stopped. Has anyone else experienced this with fenugreek. Should we be warning women with lowish blood pressure not to take fenugreek?
Thanks for sharing your wisdom and time,
Chayn Fogelman IBCLC Israel
