OK folks, I posted my fee rate as well as my hospital pay rate, now I'd
like some of you to respond in kind.  If you are uncomfortable being
specific for some reason, then give a range.  The reason I'm bringing this
up is because keeping this information private serves only employeers who
rely on it to keep pay rates as low as possible.  Obviously if we find that
the lc at the hospital down the road makes $5/hr more, we have something
concrete we can use when applying for a pay raise.  Please consider sharing
so we can come up with some idea of regional standards of pay. This
information is invaluable to us all at annual review time and especially
for our new collegues looking for that first job placement.
