Well, I'm 50 years old, nursed 10 years straight and I never had green milk.  
But whenEVER I talk to a mom about breastfeeding, latch, etc, I do have a 
milk ejection reflex--even though it's been about 10 years since I made any 
milk.  The reflex is deeply ingrained and I doubt it will ever go away.  I hope 
not.  I like it!  And it sure feels like I could make milk again with no problem!
