In my usual nagging voice, let me warn that policies are not the same as
protocols, and not everything is in the archives. Some things are in books.

A protocol for cup feeding is in my book, page 376-77. I wrote it for my
own hospital.

Let my nagging voice also warn that putting a ready-made protocol into the
faces of staff doesn't always work. In the case of Rene's staff, it sounds
like they're ready for it. But often, you need to have participation for
these things. Otherwise, they just get printed in the p+p book, and never
get implemented.
