Fascinating revelations!

My pet peeve is supplying formula for free to HIV+ mothers in 
resource-poor settings, on a very grand scale, and counselling them 
about their right to choose it, on absolutely NO evidence that it 
improves HIV-free survival at 18-24 months compared to _not_ messing 
with the breastfeeding.

Or claiming you are saving HIV orphans with breastmilk, but really 
using most of the breast milk for research purposes.
