When I examined this product, I was already prepared not to like it by
my first impression from the package. It is labeled "for healthy
breastfeeding at home and work", shows an odd looking bottle nipple
(which is at least silicone, not latex, to give them some credit), says
the "kit is designed to fit all leading pumps" and then lists (in this
order) Avent, Evenflo, Gerber, Lansinoh, the First Years, and Medela
(notice the inclusion of some not very effective pumps and the *glaring*
omission of Ameda?)  Does Medela know their name is being used on this
product?  I was also somewhat turned off by the wording that included
"serve to the baby", but maybe that is just me (have you ever heard
anyone discuss *serving* a bottle to a baby???)
I then looked at the product itself which seemed to me unnecessarily
complicated and some components rather flimsy.  I have not asked a
mother to test it for me, although when my next grandchild is born (due
in December!) and my DIL returns to work, I could have her try it (but
that's not until at least mid January.)  If anyone else has talked to a
mother who has used this product, particularly if they were already
experienced with other storage methods, please share this with all of us
on Lactnet.
