Okay---it's time for an update.

Our initial excitement is being replaced by disappointment.  The baby has
had problems gaining weight.  Mom is down to trying to nurse for 5 minutes 3
times a day.  She pumps 10 times/day, but her supply (which had been
fantastic!) is dwindling.  Pedi has ordered fortifier.  She has been on
fenugreek several days, and is coming in tomorrow to discuss Domperidone.
She has been reading...would love to try an obturator, but noone in our area
(at least that's what I have been told) will make them, and this family
doesn't have the resources to take him elsewhere.

He loves being at the breast, and is able to latch and transfer milk...but
not enough to gain.  Hopefully my next update will be better.
