Dear friends,

I am back after some surgery and of course I need a little help from all of you.  I am currently writing a "Hand out" for cyclic pumping when using the Medela "Lactina".  

I am looking for a resource that talked about eliciting a second MER or Let down when using a breast pump.  I am at a lose as to where I heard or read about this technique.  I searched the archives first but did not find what I was looking for.  I currently have, in my library at home, Lauwers, Biancuzzo, Riordan & Auerbach, Jack Newman, and LLL "Womanly Art...".  I also have some additional books and materials but can not recall the authors.

I would greatly appreciate any help my fellow "Lactneters" could offer.
