Just had to chime in here.
30 years I have been working in this field. And I think for 28 of them I have tried to get fliers of non-profits into the hospitals and well baby clinics. Always met with a refusal with the comments, "oh we don't promote private enterprises". Duh, ok, so what is promoting various formula companies by pushing their samples and putting a small bottle in nearly every mothers hand????? And this is because they get it for free!!!!! So, they do promote private companies (who happen to fund the hospital with millions of shekels (dollars, dinar yen what does it matter?)who compromise babies' health, yet, refust to pass out a non-profits pamphlets which is totally recommended by the WHO  directives as has been so eloquently stated........and who have nothing to gain, financially but are just here to support!!!!
Doesn't that make perfect sense??
