Dear Ruth, I would imagine that she is leaking colostrum.  If this has been
going on for so long (since teen) I would be looking at her pituitary to see
if there is a pituitary growth.  Hopefully with 2nd baby she will have lots
of milk, but I do think the pituitary/prolactin levels etc.  should be
