Does anyone have a great position for helping a mom who is morbidly obese in breastfeeding?  This mom is almost 400 pounds, and I am having a great deal of difficulty helping her nurse in her hospital bed. I have thought about trying the prone position.  What do you think?

I have worked in a hospital setting for just 3 months, and your expertise is much appreciated!  (I searched the archives and found nothing!)
