Dear Fellow lactnetters, I was asked the following question about mastitis
occuring in a non- lactating and never pregnant woman of 26 yrs. She went to
the emergency room of a hospital and complained of a red lump that was hot to
the touch on her breast. They dx her as mastitis and gave her antibiotics and
the lump went away. Is this possible or could this be a significant sign of a
more serious problem. Thank you Germaine
