Do you have any "friends" in the nursery? (nurses I
mean)
If you do I would start there. Ask her/his op pion on
how to educate the staff regarding breastfeeding. If
he/she asks why its an issue explain the hostile
environment and ask for input.
I understand your frustration. She thinks she knows
best and everyone else is clue less. Is the head nurse
pro breast? Maybe she may be the person to speak to.
Or maybe you can do your best to keep her away from
the breastfeeding babies?

I am sure you will numerious ideas from the list.
