Hi Ladies!
I have not checked the archives, so if this has been discussed before, please
forgive me. I received a phone call from a mother of twins today.  Hospital
helper (nurse/educator) has suggested that the mother eat oatmeal or black
licorice to increase her supply. Can anyone provide some information on
oatmeal or black licorice increasing milk supply?
