Hi Fellow Lactnetters!!!

     I have been asked to speak for the Breastfeeding Education Network in
Orlando, Florida on Thursday, April 24th.  The topic is entitled, "Hello,
This is your Lactation Consultant..."  I will be discussing telephone
counseling skill and communication skill with physicians.  I thought it would
be a KICK to share specific skills or tips that my friends on LACTNET had to
offer.  I am going to thank you for your responses in advance.  Feel free to
