A couple of things that I do in my prenatal breastfeeding classes
that might be of interest to your group are:

Benefits grab bag--I have a box of items that represent some benefits
of breastfeeding (e.g. a race for the cure pin = reduced breast
cancer risk, $2000 in pretend money = amount saved by not formula
feeding, etc--If you want the full list of the items I have, let me
know) Each person in the room picks one item and then we go around
and say how we think that item relates to a benefit of BF. Sometimes
they come up with some interesting benefits that aren't at all what I
had in mind. There are usually a few "ah ha" moments when they learn
about a new benefit.

Also, you might have them practice breastfeeding holds with baby
dolls. Some of them might not have nursed babies or it may have been
a long time since they had a breastfeeding relationship. It also
really helps the kinetic learners.

One thing I don't do, although some parents have suggested it, is to
have a breastfeeding mom come in and demonstrate breastfeeding to the
group. If she's willing, perhaps she could even demonstrate hand
expression.

A pump demonstration might be a nice thing to include, too. I get a
lot of questions about what pump people should buy and it's nice to
say, "oh this one is noisy, so if you're concerned about noise, that
might not be the best choice of you" and so on.
