The people who do actually care about your opinion are the sponsors.
Obviously, pharmaceutical companies are not going to be crying that
lactation consultants are no longer going to buy their ABM (big surprise!),
but other companies also have their commercials on Chicago Hope.  Letting
them know after the show is over how you feel about this episode won't stop
this episode, but can make a difference in what happens in the future.
