Howdy all. Guess my great grandmother's breast really wore out! She died
at 99 when i was 19. Guess she wore out on her own 5 kids- but she was the
cpommunity midwife and wet nurse in the earlydays of this century. She was a
home health aid until the 40's in the mountains of Surry Co NC and Carrol and
Patrick Co virgina across the state lines. She delivered 100's opf babies at
homes and nursed therm to make money for the family. Well Im not a wet nurse
but ann LC. My grandmother got worn out on her own 8 kids and the neighbors
and a cousin while thier moms worked. She was my LC so to speak when I needed
it. Well I am worn out with 4 kids. Nursing was the easy part. The teen years
are worse that the terrible- or terrific 2s. Get this- Great garanny Elizea
was aredhead to boot> Good genes Great Granny- her daughter my grandma, My
mother only nursed a short while- I had galactosemia- then me.

PS I had a clint deliver at age 45 and nursed beautifully for 18 months.
