This baby sounded very sick. I think I would go to slow flow paced feedings. Smaller and more frequent. Lots of kangaroo care. Maintenance of milk production. I don't feel that infant is ready For effective breastfeeding yet. He can certainly explore and etc. Three hours too much. Make sure growth has been ok. Continue to monitor that. I would take mom's cue and not put as much on the possible tt and lip tie. I'm sure she wants no more procedures.
