You can contact the NAtional Library of Medicine at 800-638-8480 they sell a
program called  Grateful Med that allows individuals to acess medline.  I
don't have the program put have seen a demo at conventions.  You need to have
set up an Account there is no minium they say that the average search costs
$2.00 most of the time preparing your search is offline.
