It can't possibly be caused by a prolonged, medicated labor along with 
prolonged inefficient pushing, followed up by a vacuum/forceps/c-section 
delivery????
Jack Newman is right, too many times BFing is offered up as the sacrificial 
lamb.
Ignorance is NOT bliss.   Ignorance is costly, emotionally, physically and 
financially.   And it could have lingering side effects throughout the lives the 
ignorance touches.
