Hi. A mom called today. Baby birth weight 12-14, 2 weeks old now. One week
ago, mother (then day 7 pp) developed a rash over her legs, buttocks, and
chest.VERY itchy. Dr. wants to give her prednison, which I read today is
considered compatible with bf by AAP.

Does anyone have experience with a pp rash that is extrememly itchy,
requiring prednisone? PO Benadryl is non helpful acc to the mom.
