USLCA is your National Professional Association for IBCLCs in the United States and is working hard daily to advocate for IBCLCs in the United States. If you live in the United States and can only join one your best bet would be USLCA.

I want to join USLCA, however is ILCA more useful? I don't necessarily want to join both as I already pay quite a bit for my Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics membership.
