Whenever a mother brings in a breastfed baby to my clinic with the
"problem" of infrequent stools and says "What should I do???",  I
explain to them that this most likely a normal thing for breastfed
babies and tell them the "cure" is to go grocery shopping and forget to
bring and extra diaper and change of clothes!!  ;-)
