On this, International Women's Day, I would like to thank the women
who are fighting for the Breastfeeding Awareness Campaign.

I would also like to thank the women who have perservered to save
breastfeeding relationships and to educate the public, politicians,
and health care professionals about breastfeeding, in the face of
outrageous social pressure.  I would like to thank all women who use
their life's energy to write and speak about breastfeeding, and the
wonderful women who make it possible for us all to forward the
reinstatement of the breastfeeding culture through our discussions
here on LactNet.

Finally, I would like to thank Dr. Cicely Williams, a woman before her
time.
