For those who will have to re-certify and are concerned about getting 
enough E-CERPs, I have a great news!

While preparing all certificates for the audit (lucky me) I found out 
that I miscalculated my E-CERPS (one would think that a doctor can count 
till 5, but I was never strong in math ;D)

I called the Board and they did explan that any professional ethics 
training, including HIPPA, can be counted as E-CERPs.

Just received confirmation that I did pass the audit and was 
successfully recertified by using my malpractice insurance ethics/risk 
management training certificate in liew of missing E-CERP.

Hope that this info will make your re-certification easier.
