The amount of budesonide that is absorbed systemically when it is given by
inhaler is miniscule.  An even more miniscule amount might be found in the
breastmilk.  Budesinide is safe (and marketed heavily, by the way) to  give
to infants and children with asthma.  I would not have any concerns about
giving this medication to a nursing mother.
