     I am working in Hawaii with a coalition of breastfeeding advocates 
on a proposed Hawaii
Breastfeeding Initiative.  The government officials are interested in 
what other states have 
done with this issue.
     I would like to request information from States and Lactation 
Consultants regarding
State Departments of Health that operate Breastfeeding Initiatives and 
how these are funded.
Please include contact persons and email &/or phone numbers so that I 
may contact them
to discuss my/our questions further with them.
