Margaret,
   Sorry about the abbreviations.  I was short on time.  ACNM stands for
American College of Nurse Midwives, ACOG stands for American College of
Obstetricians and Gynecologists, APIAHF (I figured no one would get this but
was in a major hurry) is Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum, and
AOHA is American Osteopathic Healthcare Association.  I hope this clears
things up.
