When I learned about horizon formula last week, I chose to complain to
Horizon, then thank a competing brand. This is the response I got, if
anyone is interested.

Dear Marusia

Thank you for your letter.

Organic Valley and it's farmers are always glad to hear from our satisfied
customers. We strive for quality and are always happy to hear from our
consumers. We have no intensions of becoming involved in the artificial
infant feeding arena, as you put it. I will have to visit Horizon's website
and check out their claims. Thank you for the information. Organic Valley
appreciates your support!

Sincerely,

Kay Fandel

Issue:I just learned that your competetor Horizon produces infant formula,
and on their website states "As shown in Figures 4-6, the growth curves
for the test group were consistently faster than for the breast-fed control
group", implying their product is better than breast milk to vulnerable
audiences. I praise you for not interfering with breastfeeding, by not
producing and advertizing infant formula. I will buy your products over
horizon's for this fact alone, and urge you to not engage in the artificial
infant feeding arena.
Thank you.
